It’s being called the last buildable piece of property at the Redmond airport, and the person holding the lease is charging the city with discrimination. Wings of the Cascades owner Mary Schu Domonick accuses city officials of trying to push her out so they can use the three to four acres she is leasing for vehicle parking as the airline terminal is expanded. Dominick wants to expand her operation and says the city is uncooperative in getting her the information she needs to file a site plan proposal. Mayor Alan Unger calls the accusation unfounded, and says the city wants Wings of the Cascades to be successful, and is waiting for a site plan proposal to be sumbitted.
