Volunteers  put up flags on the Veterans Memorial Bridge today as a ribute to 24-year- old Jessica Ellis. The Bend resident was killed Sunday by an I-E-D in Iraq. She is the first woman causality from Central Oregon in the last two years. The flags are flying from 8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. today.
