City of Bend officials say they are excited about the future of Juniper Ridge. Eight businesses have expressed an interest of buying land on the mixed used development northeast of Bend. The five-member Juniper Ridge Advisory Board will meet tonight (Wednesday) to consider offering up “term” sheets to those companies, which would lay out the groundwork to make a land deal. City officials say the development’s second tenant, Sutarra Corporation of Bend, expects to break ground in November.
