Bend City Councilors will be discussing whether or not to place time limits on potential ballot initiatives filed by individuals or organizations. The City currently has no time limit and there could be initiatives still collecting signatures over several years. Councilor Mark Cappell says they are not trying to hold back the initiatives…the purpose of limits is just to keep them current.
