4^th of July Events in Bend: Pet Parade Downtown at 10am (line up at 9:30, no rabbits or cats). Sunrise Lions Club pancake breakfast from 8-Noon. Festival in Drake Park from 11-4 (games, entertainment, food, hay rides, artisan booths, etc.. Fireworks from pilot Butte start at 10pm.
