The 2^nd annual High and Dry Bluegrass Festival, will be held on Fri & Sat Aug 22-24^th (at the Runway Ranch, near the Bend Airport) Bands include: the Great Northern Planes, Lee Highway, the Moon Mountain Ramblers and other well-known Central Oregon groups.
