The Oregon Foundation Quarter Horse Club, a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving and promoting foundation bred Quarter Horses, in affiliation with the National Foundation Quarter Horse Association, is hosting the final of three competitions of 2012 at the Rim Rock Riders Arena at Brasada Ranch, Powell Butte, OR, August 10-12.
