September of 2010 I took a 2 week vacation to visit 3 canyons: Bryce, Zion, and The Grand Canyon.
I Hiked myself silly and enjoyed every minute of it.
The most exciting, dangerous, and rewarding hike was Angel's Landing in Zion National Park.
If you like living on the edge, you should take this hike someday.
At the scariest point there are 1,200 ft. drop offs on both sides of the trail.
Click Here for You Tube footage of just how adventurous it is.
Below are photos of my favorite parts of my trip
Angel's Landing in Zion Nat'l Park
Angels Landing Trail was the most Terrifying, rewarding, exhilerating hike EVER!
The Narrows in Zion ws the most unique trail I've ever hiked. It is a river between two cliff walls. I walked until my feet were too cold to continue.
Bryce Canyon in Utah
the MOST beautiful of all the places I visited. Just look at the colors! And great hikes here too with arches and tunnels and abeutiful site around every corner!
The Grand Canyon
It is so massive! My favorite hike was the Kaibab Trail you see below.... and I also enjoyed the seeing the canyon under the full moon.
